WomENERGY 2025: Ready, Resilient, Rising
WomENERGY will include a dynamic panel discussion featuring accomplished women professionals across diverse sectors in energy, engineering, sustainability, and energy efficiency. This open and candid conversation will explore career resilience, adaptability, leadership, mentorship, and advocacy – empowering emerging professionals, newcomers, and post-secondary women-identifying students with the tools and insights needed to navigate their careers in energy transition adjacent industries.

Participants will gain access to a ‘candid conversation’ style panel with 4 accomplished women leaders. The event will then transition to a speed networking hour, allowing attendees to connect with various mentors in a smaller group setting to prompt authentic conversations. Attendees will also be provided with non-alcoholic beverages and light dinner food.
