The Eco Positive Home was conceived to address material carbon emissions during construction and to generate negative carbon emissions throughout the life cycle of the building. By producing 3 times the electricity consumed by the home, the negative carbon emissions will more than compensate for the MCE emitted during construction. The excess is applied to EV transportation ensuring that transport and home operation produce no carbon.
