Building the business case for Sustainability is a new workshop presented by the ENBIX program of Alberta Ecotrust Foundation. This project has been supported by the Biosphere Institute of the Bow Valley. This workshop will explore how high performance energy efficient building projects can impact your business case. Topics will include cost optimized pathways for construction, the interaction between capital costs and energy costs, how to value energy upgrades, and consumer considerations.  Â
This workshop is intended for builders, developers, and real estate professionals. It would also be useful for municipal policy personnel, financers, trades and other interested building professionals.  Â
