Aligning Design, Cost, and Sustainability at Vernon Active Living Centre

March 19 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

This session explores the net zero carbon ready Vernon Active Living Centre in Vernon, British Columbia, where the team used Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) to clarify owner priorities, get early team-wide buy-in on costs, and navigate the complex grant landscape. Group2, AME Group, and Stok will provide a brief overview of IPD and share how the team applied Target Value Delivery Continuous Estimating, parametric analysis, and real-time trade partner input to balance capital and operating costs for the owner, demonstrating how collaborative delivery strengthens financial outcomes while delivering meaningful carbon reductions for public-sector projects.
