1996 – Initial build of 13,000 sf.

2016 – Addition of 19,000 sf and install of 13 heat pumps. Insulation values of R40. 

2023 – New TPO (white) roof on original build, 2 heat pumps, 248 kW solar system to offset electricity used by heat pumps.
